"Beautiful Necklace"
Every time I've shopped with this Company, I've been treated with great respect. In this case, I ordered a necklace on December 31, and got an email saying it wouldn't ship until January 4 because of the Bank Holidays. When the necklace arrived, I was super happy with it. I've never had a letdown with anything I've bought from this Company.

"Just got a Doxa timepiece from James..."
I just got a Doxa timepiece from James Porter. The discount on this watch was pretty significant and hard to find at that price elsewhere. The delivery was fairly prompt; it could've been next day if it weren't for those Royal Mail strikes! This is my second time buying a Doxa from JP, and both experiences have been top-notch. Definitely recommend it!

"My Fourth Purchase of a Watch..."
I've now snagged my fourth watch from James Porter and Son, and let me tell ya, every time, the price has been better here than any other site out there. The team was fantastic, taking the time to discuss the watch and just have a good ol' chat, which I really appreciated. The store itself is gorgeous, filled with some top-notch timepieces. Seriously, give this place a shot before looking elsewhere; you won't regret it.

"Exceptional Watch Retailer"
Fantastic service both face-to-face back in September '22 and when I placed an order for a DOXA 1500T as a Christmas gift for myself (orange, naturally...).

The guy I met in person was obviously passionate about watches, which made me grin and feel at ease while checking out all the choices.

When I shopped online, I had a couple of queries that were skillfully addressed by the gentleman who responded.

Overall, a really pleasant experience.

Nicely packaged for safe delivery. It was sent off to the post right away. Sadly, due to the postal strike, I didn't get it until Saturday, December 3rd, and I had to go to the sorting office to collect it since they didn't put in much effort to deliver it. Absolutely love the watch—this is my third Michel Herbelin. Thanks a bunch!
